What’s Included
Heritage Hotel Fermai Split
Set in a restored Art Nouveau building from 1914, Heritage Hotel Fermai blends historical character with modern design. Originally designed by Petar Senjanović and once home to the University of Split, the hotel retains elegant period details—stone staircases, geometric joinery, and tall windows that flood rooms with natural light.
The hotel sits just 500 meters from Diocletian’s Palace, placing guests within easy reach of Split’s UNESCO-listed old town, the farmers’ market, and the ferry port. Its central location offers a quiet retreat while remaining close to the city’s vibrant core.
Private Guided Tour of Split

Start your day in Split with a breakfast spread of freshly baked pastries, Dalmatian cheeses and cold cuts, fresh fruit, and hot dishes cooked to order. After breakfast, meet your expert local guide in the hotel lobby for a private walking tour of Split.
Discover Old Town Split and the UNESCO World Heritage–listed Diocletian’s Palace. This massive Roman complex was built in the late 3rd century AD by Emperor Diocletian as his retirement residence. Seventeen centuries later, the palace still occupies nearly half of Split’s historic center.
Visit the impressive Cathedral of Saint Domnius. Consecrated in the early 7th century AD, it stands as the world’s oldest Catholic cathedral continuously used in its original structure.
Continue your private Split tour with a visit to Marjan Hill, where sweeping views of the city and Dalmatian coastline await. Marjan Hill, the highest point in Split, is a Mediterranean pine forest that residents have enjoyed as a public park since the 3rd century AD.
Return to Heritage Hotel Fermai and enjoy a free afternoon in Split to relax or explore its beaches, waterfront, shops, and restaurants. Your guide can recommend authentic local restaurants tailored to your preferences. This evening, we’ll be happy to provide additional restaurant recommendations and assist with reservations.
What’s Included
Split and the Dalmatian Coast
On Croatia’s sun-drenched Dalmatian Coast, Split combines Roman antiquity with Adriatic elegance. At its heart lies the UNESCO-listed Diocletian’s Palace—a sprawling 3rd century AD Roman complex where colonnaded courtyards, hidden passageways, and stone façades blend seamlessly with contemporary cafes, boutiques, and squares. All around its Roman, Venetian, Gothic, and Baroque landmarks, Split buzzes with Mediterranean seaside energy. Local konobas serve freshly caught seafood, homemade pasta, acclaimed Dalmatian olive oils and Croatian wines. Just minutes from your hotel, the Split farmers’ market brims with Dalmatian prosciutto, artisanal cheeses, and the scent of lavender from nearby islands.
Croatian Cooking Class, Wine Tasting, Visit to Šibenik

After breakfast, meet your private driver in the hotel lobby and set out for a full day exploring the food and wine of Croatia’s Dalmatian Coast. Today, your private Croatia wine tour visits Bibich, one of Croatia’s most celebrated wineries.
En route, stop in Šibenik for time to visit this picturesque Dalmatian Coast town on your own. Šibenik’s medieval architecture and narrow lanes create a charming seaside atmosphere for strolling, shopping, and enjoying a mid-morning nibble or pre-lunch aperitif. Rejoin your driver and continue to Plastovo to begin your Croatian food and wine experience at Bibich winery.
Bibich produces award-winning wines from both indigenous Croatian and international varietals. Under the direction of Chef Vesna Bibic, the winery also offers a refined take on traditional Dalmatian Coast cuisine. Begin your culinary experience at Bibich with a private, hands-on cooking class, where you’ll prepare a seasonal selection of tapas-style dishes inspired by classic Dalmatian recipes. Then, enjoy lunch in the winery’s courtyard, savoring your own creations paired with your first taste of Bibich wines.
After lunch, enjoy a private Croatian wine tour, visiting the Bibich vineyards and cellars, followed by a curated wine tasting. Your private tasting will highlight the diversity of Bibich wines—a renaissance of traditional Croatian varietals vinified in modern styles, alongside expressive French varietals grown in Dalmatian terroir.
Return to Heritage Hotel Fermai in the late afternoon following your private wine tasting. The rest of your day is free to enjoy your final evening in Split. We’ll be happy to make dinner reservations at one of our recommended local restaurants.
What’s Included
Bibich Winery
Located in the village of Plastovo in a serene setting near Krka National Park, Bibich Winery traces its roots to the 15th century. Today, the estate is led by Alen Bibić, a pioneering winemaker who revived his grandfather’s vineyards after the war and elevated Croatian wine onto the global stage. In addition to generating global interest in traditional Croatian varietals, Alen Bibić was an early practitioner of organic and sustainable farming among Croation winemakers. His wife, Vesna, contributes a culinary dimension through avant-garde tasting menus, while their children, Filip and Karla, are gradually joining the family business.
Bibich wines are known for minimal intervention and their expressive character of both Croatian and French varietals. On roughly 20 hectares of vineyards, Bibich produces some of Croatia’s most celebrated wines. Their indigenous cultivation includes Debit, Pošip, Maraština, Babić, Lasina, and Plavina, along with international grapes Chardonnay, Pinot Gris, Sauvignon Blanc, Merlot, Syrah, Grenache, Cabernet Sauvignon, and Cabernet Franc.
Fast Catamaran to Brač, Wine Tasting at Stina

Meet your driver in the hotel lobby after breakfast and transfer to the ferry port in Split. Today, your private Croatia wine tasting tour on the Dalmatian Coast continues to the island of Brač. Board the morning catamaran fast ferry to the charming fishing village of Sutivan.
Arrive at the 5-star Hotel Lemongarden on the Sutivan waterfront, just a short stroll from the ferry dock. A peaceful oasis along the lively Dalmatian Coast, the Lemongarden is ideal for relaxing by the pool or at the hotel’s private beach. Savor fresh Dalmatian cuisine sourced from the hotel’s organic gardens, olive oil pressed from its own groves, and Adriatic seafood delivered daily by local fishermen.
Take time to explore Sutivan and enjoy lunch while your room is being prepared. Then, check in and refresh before your late-afternoon transfer to Bol for a private wine tasting at Stina Winery. Inspired by Brač’s iconic white limestone, Stina crafts award-winning Croatian wines from indigenous Dalmatian grapes including Plavac Mali, Pošip, Vugava, and Tribidrag.
After some free time to explore Bol, visit Stina’s production winery and cellars located directly on the harbor. Your private Brač wine tasting will feature monovarietal red and white wines, complemented by a regional aperitif of Brač Oblica olives, artisanal breads, extra virgin olive oil, cheeses from Brač and Pag, and Dalmatian prosciutto. Enjoy your wine tasting with views of Stina’s vertical vineyards rising above Bol and the Adriatic Sea.
Return to the Hotel Lemongarden in the early evening and enjoy dinner on the waterfront in Sutivan.
What’s Included
Stina Winery & Brač Wines
Stina means “stone” in the local Dalmatian dialect, a nod to Brač’s famed white limestone and the rugged terrain where the vines grow—some on slopes steeper than 45°, up to 500 meters above sea level. Stina’s vineyards are planted in crushed stone on steep limestone slopes, with extreme sun exposure and sea breezes shaping the grapes. Farming is entirely manual due to the steep terrain, and the wines reflect this labor-intensive process with depth and character. The winery itself is housed in a historic building from 1903, once the first Dalmatian Wine Cooperative. Situated right on Bol’s seafront promenade, Stina is one of the closest wineries to the sea in the world.
Pučišća & Brač Stonemasonry Traditions

Enjoy breakfast this morning in an idyllic waterfront setting in Sutivan. Hotel Lemongarden serves a delightful morning spread featuring organic, locally sourced ingredients from Brač Island and the Dalmatian Coast.
After breakfast, meet your private driver for a scenic transfer along Brač’s northern coast to Pučišća, a white stone village tucked into a sheltered bay. Renowned for its luminous white limestone—quarried here since Roman times—Brač boasts a long tradition of exceptional stone masonry. Pučišća is home to Croatia’s last remaining stonemasonry school, where students from across Europe study the art of sculpture and traditional building techniques.
Visit the stone masonry school in Pučišća to observe students honing their craft and to learn about the history and artistry behind Brač’s centuries-old stonework traditions. Pick up a stone hammer and chisel during a hands-on workshop, where you’ll have the chance to carve your own piece of Brač limestone.
Following your stonemasonry workshop, enjoy free time to explore Pučišća’s artisan shops and have lunch in the village. Later, return with your driver to Sutivan.
Spend the afternoon at your leisure—relax by the pool, unwind at Hotel Lemongarden’s private beach, or take the wheel of one of the hotel’s chic Fiat convertibles to explore Brač at your own pace.
What’s Included
Brač Stone Masonry
Brač’s white limestone has been used for centuries to build some of the most famous buildings in the world. The Roman emperor Diocletian used limestone from Brač to build his palace in Split, and it adorns building across Europe. Local legend claims Brač limestone was used to decorate the White House, but while that would have been excellent choice, this claim is unproven. Nonetheless, stonemasonry is a great source of pride in Brač, and the craft remains an important economic and artistic activity on the island. The stonemasonry school in Pučišća has been teaching students from throughout Europe this ancient craft since opening in 1909.
Fast Catamaran to Hvar, Dalmatian Varietals Wine Tasting at Vina Carić

Today, your private Croatia wine tasting tour continues to the island of Hvar. After a final seaside breakfast in Sutivan, meet your driver in the hotel lobby and transfer to the ferry port to take the fast Catamaran to Hvar.
On arrival in Hvar, private transfer to your 5-star hotel accommodation at Palace Elisabeth in Hvar Old Town. Vina Carić honors Hvar’s winemaking tradition with their modern konoba in the center of Vrboska.
Discover Vina Carić’s traditional Hvar winemaking process during a private wine tour of their cellars in Vrboska, followed by a private Croatia wine tasting. Savor their small-production Dalmatian varietal wines, paired with handmade chocolates infused with local herbs—crafted by women from the village.

What’s Included

They form a scenic archipelago known for secluded coves, pine forests, and crystal-clear waters. The archipelago is part of the Natura 2000 network, preserving natural biodiversity and local cultural heritage.
The name Pakleni derives from paklina, a pine resin once used to waterproof ships. Popular islands include Sveti Klement, home to Palmižana Bay with its marina, beach bars, and restaurants; Jerolim, known for nude beaches and tranquil swimming spots; and Marinkovac, which hosts Carpe Diem Beach Club and quieter bays like Mlini. Mali Ston Oysters, Konavle Valley E-Biking & Artisan Traditions

Taste Croatia’s Dalmatian Coast seafood today as you visit the Pelješac Peninsula north of Dubrovnik and the village of Mali Ston. After breakfast beside the sea at Hotel Excelsior Dubrovnik, meet your private driver-guide at the hotel and depart for Mali Ston.
The charming harbor village of Mali Ston, along with its sister town Ston on Croatia’s Pelješac Peninsula, once served as key sources of wealth for the Republic of Ragusa. Ston’s salt pans—among the oldest in Europe—still operate today, preserving centuries of artisanal tradition. Linking the two villages, the impressive Walls of Ston are among Europe’s longest defensive structures. Discover these historical landmarks during your private morning tour of the Pelješac Peninsula, now world-renowned for its shellfish production.
From Mali Ston harbor, board a small boat and sail into Mali Ston Bay to visit the region’s renowned oyster and shellfish farms. Designated a Special Natural Reserve in 1983, this narrow, shallow bay is famed for its pristine, nutrient-rich waters—an ideal habitat for shellfish. Oyster cultivation here dates back to Roman times, and today, Mali Ston Bay hosts the largest oyster farms in the Adriatic Sea. What’s Included
PDO Mali Ston Oysters
On Croatia’s Pelješac Peninsula, Mali Ston Bay is renowned for its tradition of oyster farming, producing 90% of the country’s oysters. The bay’s marine mix of Adriatic seawater and freshwater from the Neretva River creates ideal conditions for cultivating Ostrea edulis, the prized European flat oyster. Local farmers use sustainable techniques passed down since the 14th century, including rope and cementing methods that allow oysters to mature over two to three years. This slow growth enhances their delicate flavor and firm texture, earning Mali Ston oysters international acclaim and a Protected Designation of Origin. Enjoy fresh oysters straight from the sea, paired with crisp Pošip wine during your Croatia wine tasting tour.
Departure from Dubrovnik

Enjoy your final morning in Croatia today with breakfast at Hotel Excelsior Dubrovnik overlooking the Adriatic Sea, and free time for any last souvenirs in Old Town before your flight departs.
